Tray Inspector controlls that your boxes and trays are free from residue left behind from labels, procedual irregularities and defect jumpers.

The system can be assembled in your existing line and execute inspections with a speed of up to 2m/s. 

The system is customizable considering the number of surfaces which are to be inspected as well as what types of faults that are to be traced.

The Tray Inspector can be configured with up to five 2D and two 3D cameras.
