Image Control AB is a swedish company which has specialized in automatic optical measurement and quality control and has more than 40 years of combined experience of design and delivery of Visionsystem. The program contains a standard system for both embedding the system in existing production lines as an offline system for cluster control. Except for standard products, they manufacture customized products, complete solutions, for the customers specific demands.
 
Visionsystem can perform the following: 
 
Measurement control, assembly control, surface inspection, robot guiding, identification.
 
Furtheron they offer courses in vision techonology, from base education to courses about how you specify new system, including validation, calibration and servicing needs.
Falcon 3  

Falcon 3

Measures dimensions, color and surfaces in 2D and 3D with wigh precision. Suitable for both manual cluster sampling as well as robot loaded continuous operation. 

Flexible software to learn new products or to perform single tests. 

Static data can be saved ina  file of be sent via network. Analytic tools which can generate deviation reports per batch, machine, shift or product.

Is mounted in an existing cell or on a table

Falcon 2  

Falcon 2

Measures dimensions, controlls threads and surfaces in 2D. Suitable for both manual samples as well as robot loaded continuous operation.

The Falcon 2 is designed for smaller mechanical components where all surfaces are intended for inspection and where the product needs to be rotated.

Typical products is: 

  • Drills
  • Taps
  • Special screws
  • Pipes, tubes

Contains the same software as the Falcon 3. Is assembled in the existing cell or table.

A custom system for dental implants is available.

DV-10

Measures simensions, colors and surfaces in 2D and 3D (option). Is mounted above the product which is inspected. Also inspects products in movement. The product can also be mounted with robots where the robot displays the detail for the system. 

A flexible software to learn new products.

Static data can be saved in a file or be sent via network. Analytic tools which can generate batch deviation, maschines, shifts or products.

Tray Inspector  

Tray Inspector

Tray Inspector controlls that your boxes and trays are free from residue left behind from labels, procedual irregularities and defect jumpers.

The system can be assembled in your existing line and execute inspections with a speed of up to 2m/s. 

The system is customizable considering the number of surfaces which are to be inspected as well as what types of faults that are to be traced.

The Tray Inspector can be configured with up to five 2D and two 3D cameras.
