90° tensioner type TB90

  • clamping force 60-100 kN, 2 models.
  • double acting tensioner.
  • In the absence of hydraulic pressure the clamp tilts 90°, so that the table or the runner surface is free.
  • The tensioner is completly hidden while mounted.

Svingspännare typ TBH  

Swing clamper type TBH

 

  • Clamping force of 60-250 kN, 3 models.
  • Arch shaped clamper with a rotating movement.
  • Clamps against a horizontal plain.
  • The clamping irons design and movement eliminates the risk for lockdowns. 
  • Equipped with a mechanical fuse so that the top tool wont loosen at malfunctions in the hydraulic system.

T-spårsspännare typ LSGH  

T-track clamper type LSGH

  • Clamping force of 25-140 kN, 4 models.
  • Is placed in two matching DIN 650 T-tracks in the table and tool.
  • Includes a roll ledge which can transport the tool when the clamper is in an open position. 
  • Two or more clampers can be combined.
  • The clamper is completly hidden in its fixed mode.
  • Is used for transport and locking of larger tools.

T-track clamper type LSHP

  • Clamping force of 25-140 kN, 2 models.
  • With GP45-rolls.
  • Clamper for heavy-duty applications, tool weights of up to 100 tons.
  • GP45 rolls is assembled in the tool plate and allows movement of the tool when the clamper is loosened.
  • Requires adaptation of the press table and runner with adapted T-tracks.

Horisontalspännare typ TBH  

Horizontal strainer type TBH

  • Clamping power 15-100 kN, 4 models.
  • The tension tap can be completely hidden in the clamping body.
  • Horizontal tension motion.
  • 20° angled contact surface, on the press tool as well.
  • Not suitable at press stroke with great shock since the tensioner can pinch against the tool
  • At shock tensioner TBHS is recommended.

  • Horizontal clamping motion, angled 6°
  • Not suitable for press strokes with great shock since the tensioner can pinch against the tool. 
  • At shock the tensioner TBHS is recommended.
