The very heart of our operation is our contract service where we are responsible for over 3000 machines distributed over about 300 chartered service customers.
Our service organization is decentralized which means that our service staff lives all around the country, always close to our customers. This means that our staff is granted long-term relationships with the customer and learns both the customers personal requirements as well as the different needs of service for the machine park. Further on, the external costs for our services are reduced because of fixed run-up fees, with an acceptable distance from the customer.

Safety review and Large Review:
A contract is an undertaking of a joint cooperation to improve and expand Your sheet metal processing machines and production. You provide the information, experience and internal service, which we manage in our service structure for Your specific machine park. You reduce your internal maintenance with a simpler and more efficient plan and the preparation of the staff as well as spare parts. You can then focus on the things that is important to you, the production.
We plan and execute Your preventive maintenance, we also keep track of which FU are scheduled, the preparation of material and personal as well as inform you in time for internal planning. We deliver complete reports and compilations as decision support for Your specific product planning and environmental work. We also make sure that the right documents exists if an inspection by the work environment office should occur. We monitor and interpret new laws and regulations that are communicated to you via letters or education.
A chartered customer has 24 hours cancelation time, discounts, free information about rules and regulations as well as, depending on which contract is they chartered, further services.
Standard contract
In the standard contract we perform statutory maintenance in the form of our safety review and our large review. This contract is for the customer who wants their service applied in a statutory manner, as well as important check-ups are performed for your machines functions. The customer can also add operations according to their preferences. Faults and flaws are reported in a clear and simple way.
Access contract
Customized contracts where we take an enhanced responsibility for your machines and the logistics around your preventive maintenance and provide increased accounting and monitoring. This contract is made for You that have high requirements on production and don't have margins for downtime. You who want detailed reports, monitoring linked to the accounting, who wants prognosis and budget suggestions for upcoming maintenance.
Personal safety is our primary focus when we perform servicing and repairs. Our guidelines are established in accordance to the work environment legislation, the manufacturers instructions and our own experiences.
Our safety staff cooperates with all instances, the office for Work Environment, Det Norske Veritas, and many different manufacturers, all this to ensure that our services are performed in the right way and that our customers receive the necessary information.
