Zani Presse has been manufacturing presses since 1955. Today, Zani is leading the market with a broad programme of advanced presses with different types of drive systems in the field of mechanical reduction presses, as the models MotionMaster and ServoMaster. Zani's strength is customized presses after customer specifications. As of today there are about 24 presses installed i Sweden and Norway, most of them are installed with complete feeding equipment.

Motion Master

Zani's model, Motion Master, is a knee-joint press with an adjustable stroke length and has been developed to achieve an optimal press result, especially in production in station tools where various operations are performed in one press, such as cutting, coining, bending and stretching. 

With the MotionMaster link system the speed of the press is reduced to 20% in the work phase in comparison to a conventional eccentric press with a considerable extension of time during the operation of the tool.
