Chin Fong C-presses

Chin Fongs C-press programme contains presses with one alternative two connecting rods which can be obtained as conventional eccentric presses or LinkDrive presses.

The approved picking presses are equipped with swedish control systems based on Mitsubishi PLC systems, are CE-branded and have been approved by an external organ.

GRM 80-200

Model GRM is constructed with the eccentric axel placed in a forward - backward position in the frame, of course with double layered shaft bearings around the connecting rod. This gives a compact construction with clean stand sides which allows plenty of space around the press.

GRM is built in sizes of 80-200 tons and is delivered by default with a hydraulic overload protection, balancing, stroke adjustment and stable, six-sided runner controls. The model is also equipped with a hydraulic clutch brake which allows for a high switching frequency.

G2 80-250

Model G2 is an eccentrically driven press with double connecting rods. The press has a generous tool room in combination with good accessibility around the tool. The press is built in sizes from 80-300 tons and is equipped with a hydraulic clutch/breaking unit for a high switching frequency.

The model is a good alternative when large tools demand manual operation and when the investment budget doesn't quite reach a traditional 4-pillar press.

GL1 80-200

GL1 80-200

Model GL1 is a C-press equipped with LinkDrive system for reduced speed in the presses work phase. The press is built with press powers form 80-200 tons. The reduced element velocity gives a longer molding time in the instrument which leads to a minimal spring back as well as lower vibrations and sound levels in and around the press and the instrument.

The model has a generous instrument room for large tools in combination with open sides around the press table. The press model is a good option to a 4-pillar press because the availability in combination with large tools are prioritized requirements.
