Plier feeders

Herrblitz house a wide range of different plier feeders for a wide variety of different materials except regular steel plate. The feeders can be delivered with everything from simple valve packages to advanced controls and equipment as non-driven leveling, angle planers and custom designs for specific needs.

Modell A-B-C  

Model A-B-C

The model series A-B-C is constructed for smaller material dimensions, normally for direct mechanical activation of the feeding cycle, following the runners motion. Is often mounted directly on the press tool. Is available for belt dimensions between 50-100 mm and feeding lengths up to 250 mm.

Modell BX-CX-DX  

Model BX-CX-DX

Model BX-CX-DX is the mid size model, but like model A-B-C, constructed for mechanical activation of the feeding cycle, by the runners movement. Is often mounted directly on the press tool. Is available for belt dimensions between 75-150 mm and feeding lengths of up to 250 mm. 
Modell P-S-Z

Model P-S-Z

The model P-S-Z handle material dimensions up to 3 mm and widths up 300 mm. These models are most commonly equipped with electrically controlled valves for activation of the feeding cycle and plier lifts at operation with a seeker pin.
