Cutting Units

Today, we work with two suppliers for cutting units, BSP and Herrblitz. Both of them manufacture pneumatic cutting units. BSP also house a programme for hydraulic scissors for coarser belt dimensions.

Hydraulic cutting unit

The cutting unit is robust and constructed for cutting coils in automatic presses. The cutting scissors is equipped with hydraulic cylinders and are divided into different models depending on the maximum material width they can cut. 

The cutting scissors are CE-branded. Angle shelving and valve packages are available as accessories.

Pneumatic cutting units

Herrblitz pneumatic cutting units are built in widths up to 1000 mm and thicknesses up to 3 mm.
