Roll band lubricator

Roll band lubricators consists of a perforated and a felt wrapped steel roll (pipe). The lubricant is transferred by tubes from the container where the flow can be adjusted for the upper and lower roll. It is available for standard widths up to 1000 mm and the system is suitable for volatile lubricants.

Type BS 50 and BS 110 

  • BS 50 is available for belt widths from 100 to 500 mm, and BS 110 from 500 to 1000 mm, the oil is transferred via a signal to the press
  • Does not spill onto machines and tools.
  • Lubricates well and evenly.
  • Verly low oil consumption.
  • Automatic on and off swithcing.
  • Is easily mounted on the oil container.
  • Lubricates evenly and drip-free.
  • Regulates the oil amount on the top and lower roll separately.
  • Can be equipped with motorized rolls.
