MultiLube

MultiLube works with a system where a lubricant container fitted with pumps supply nozzles, which are placed in a lubricating hood customized for the belts/details width, with lubricant. This system allows an easy adjustment of the amount of lubricant, both on the topside and bottom side of the material.

While using tractor oils the system is built with a fan to create under pressure in the lubrication hood to prevent oil mist production around the plant.

Belt lubricator type L210

Standard basic unit with a 16, alternatively 32 liters, lubrication container. Model L210 comes with mounted pumps. One pump/nozzle is to prevent uneven distribution of lubrication. 

The system can be integrated in the feeders program for automatic programs of current levels and active nozzels for each specific program. The basic unit is supplemented with a lubrication hood for the current belt/detail width.
